About the event
Our 7-session program introduces children K-4th to the exciting fundamentals of lacrosse—step by step! They’ll learn how to scoop ground balls, cradle, shoot on goal, and even basic passing, catching, and dodging. But more importantly, they’ll burn off energy, build confidence, and have a ton of fun along the way.
By the end of the program, your child will have a solid foundation in the sport—so if they love it, they’ll be ready to join the local youth lacrosse team with confidence!
We provide all the equipment, expert instruction, and plenty of fun—just bring the energy (AND water)!
NOTE: children will be learning an incidental to no contact version of the sport with tennis balls vs lacrosse balls and no pads and no helmets.
