About the event
Our five session program will introduce your son or daughter to the five fundamentals of lacrosse; ground balls, cradling, throwing, catching and shooting on goal. Coaching will be throttled up or down according to the group's comprehension of concepts and execution of skill sets. But largely the program is designed to be an introduction to the great sport of lacrosse with an emphasis on fun and burning energy. Our coaches either just graduated from HS where they played varsity lacrosse or they currently play lacrosse for GCU or have graduated after playing tons of lacrosse. We supply all the equipment, the knowledge and the FUN!
