Private - Mini Lacrosse Camp in Flagstaff 2025

This intro to lacrosse class should bring athletes, new to lacross, up to a solid beginner level so that they can contribute to a youth lacrosse team if they choose to join one. The one significant difference is that we will have no pads or helmets and will largely start with tennis balls vs lacrosse balls. Tennis balls are much harder to throw and catch and of course are safer when not wearing protection. A kid who can throw and catch a tennis ball will definitely be far better once he transitions to a lacrosse ball.

• Wed, Thur, Fri from 9 to noon.

• Location might change subject to Kristy's recommendation or direction

• NO PADS OR HELMETS NEEDED. 

• We provide sticks.

• Bring water, lots of it.
